"tri" bike
Poor Woody
August: Cranneys Come Home From Guatemala
I woke up one morning to find these three glued to "RIO" on the computer. They had no idea I existed.
getting pretty tired and having a pity party.
We had a great time playing games, shopping, relaxing and of course fishing. We found a great place to fish where you can catch fish after fish. The funnest part about our fishing trip was that on our last cast Porter caught a fish, reeled it in and a snake jumped up out of the water and took a bite of the fish. He refused to let go so we had quiet the time trying to get the snake off so we could get our pole back. I have uploaded a video for your viewing pleasure. (that's andrew crying in the background--ready for a nice long nap)
Steve and Laurel made their way west on the train. Which got delayed several hours. We took them to the Ottumwa, Iowa train station were they started there extremely long journey home.
They are already comin' back for a visit next week--we are SO excited we get to see them again.
August: Andrew turns two
ALL (2) of Andrew's Birthday's have been pretty low key. Good thing he is young and doesn't care. Last year we had just moved in a week prior to. And this year we had just gotten back from summer fun activities, which apparently takes me a while to readjust to.
Grandma and Grandpa Cranney were here so we had a few cupcakes and presents on the weekend.
We had a small friend party on Andrew's actual Birthday. Planned the day of. :)

august: attempting to potty train
mom's 50th bday weekend in kentucky
Jackson Farm
Dad's Bday and Bumpy's Baby
Mishal surprised dad with a weekend getaway to KIRKSVILLE! that's right...folks, Kville is the place to be! :) We had a great time, we went to picklers, coltons, had homemade soup, walking around mike's football game, played Ticket to Ride, guess who won...JENN. DON'T FORGET IT DAD! this is my blog and I am documenting this for future reign purposes. It was a really fun weekend and so good to see Dad and McShelly.
Bumpy had Baby Jackson so we went to visit Justin, Bumpy, Baby Leia and Baby Jackson.
Andrew slept most of the way there but once we got to Kansas City he woke up and threw the blanket over his head and kept sleeping. I was crakin' up.
We made a Walmart trip. Who doesn't? Andrew loved being the big kid in town. He and Leia had such a fun time together.
Where's a Picture of baby Jackson & Co, you ask? my camera ran out of batteries (as usual). But here is a pic of my baby boy. We are trying breathing treatments on him cause of his 8 month old cough. 3-4 times a day...(yeah right.) we do what we can, he growls like a monster whenever he gets to sport this rad dino mask. he's not forgetting his Dino Land roots.
Our Next Move Summer 2012
We found out where we're moving for Rotations today. Many of you know that's been on our minds a lot lately. Probably over kill. :)
Wyandotte, Michigan. Henry Ford Hospital. I had to google image the place cause I haven't been there and wanted to see what we are in for.

Looks like fun eh? Fun Facts:
- Wyandotte is 14.63 miles from Detroit.
-Mike will do at least one rotation on 8 mile in a gated, guarded hospital.
-While mike was on tour in Michigan discussing the safety of the commute to this hospital he was told "you don't wanna stop at the stop lights or anything, but you'll be fine!"
-Detroit was named FORBES #1 most dangerous city in America in 2010
Now this is all in good humor. We are perfectly safe. I have heard lots and lots of great things about Michigan and it sounds beautiful and safe and there are lots of fun things to do.
Mike starts July 1st, 2012.
